A royal moment for SAWA!
The Government Information Service announced today that Her Majesty Queen Máxima will officially open SAWA on Tuesday, November 18.
After months of preparations under strict secrecy, we can now proudly share this special news. This opening is primarily a moment for the residents of SAWA.
During the festive gathering, Queen Máxima will not only be present but will also perform the official opening ceremony with them. A unique moment to celebrate that SAWA is ready – as their new home and as an exemplary model for timber construction, green, and inclusive living in the Netherlands.
Press registration
The opening is a private event, intended for residents, directly involved parties, and invited guests. For the press, there is a limited opportunity to attend the opening, which will take place between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Following the opening, from approximately 3:30 PM, a press reception will be organized at SAWA. More information on this will follow shortly.
