Every day of the fair, from 12:30 to 1:00 p.m., Mark and Robert will be hosting a knowledge session in the practical theater entitled "Future-oriented building."
SAWA is just the beginning. Discover how this iconic wooden building has grown into a repeatable and affordable circular concept with broader applications for adding extra floors to existing buildings, creating eco-villages, and constructing social housing and wooden buildings at a height of 140 meters. NICE Developers how they go beyond timber construction alone: with fully detachable structures, reuse of materials, nature-inclusive design, and affordability as a starting point. Timber construction is booming! The latest innovations and developments unveiled
On Tuesday, May 13, from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM, Mark, along with four other speakers (including Pablo van der Lugt), will be on the Timber Construction stage during a spectacular opening session discussing the latest developments in timber construction. Mark Compeer will present the NICE Tower and, with Rob Doomen, delve into the design and feasibility of the Wooden Giant, which, at 140 meters on paper, is the tallest wooden building in the world.
