SAWA in the running for the public award of the National Timber Construction Award 2025

SAWA is in the pre-selection for the National Timber Construction Award 2025 in the serial housing category.
From now on, the public can vote for the public award!
SAWA is the first fully circular wooden residential building of 50 meters high in the Netherlands – and a pioneer in biobased construction, biodiversity, and socially inclusive housing.
With over 3,300 m³ of wood, 2,500 tons of stored CO₂ and 76% biobased and recycled materials, SAWA demonstrates that sustainable, social, and future-proof construction can go hand in hand.
