SAWA finalist at the MIPIM Awards 2026!
February 3, 2026We are proud to announce that SAWA has been selected by the international jury of the MIPIM Awards 2026 as a finalist in the Best Residential Project category.
This year, the MIPIM Awards received more than 230 entries from 47 countries worldwide. SAWA is one of four finalists in the Best Residential category — a special recognition for a project that demonstrates how Paris Proof, circular, nature-inclusive, and socially responsible housing can be realized on a large scale in an urban context.
We would like to thank the jury of the MIPIM Awards for this nomination, and in particular Véronique Bédague for her role as jury chair.
SAWA was developed by NICE Developers collaboration with ERA Contour, with Focus on Impact as investor, and designed by Mei architects and planners — an integrated collaboration in which development, design, and social impact are closely aligned.
We would like to thank all partners and stakeholders who contributed to the realization of SAWA in Rotterdam.
