This circular timber building, which has increasingly claimed its place in the Rotterdam skyline, is now in its final construction phase. The exquisite wooden facade cladding is nearing completion, and we can already sense the warmth this building contributes to the vibrant, yet industrial Lloyd Quarter.

But that's not all – SAWA will soon be enriched with an abundance of nature! The plants will be added shortly, and we eagerly anticipate witnessing how nature will seamlessly integrate into this biobased building.

We are immensely proud of this project, which combines sustainability, circularity, and a progressive vision for urban development. SAWA is not merely a building; it represents a new paradigm for shaping the future of our cities.
