SAWA's journey to delivery

Exciting times at NICE Developers! Check out these beautiful new photos of SAWA in Rotterdam, captured by Ossip.

This circular wooden building, which has already increasingly taken its place in the Rotterdam skyline, is now in the final phase of construction. The beautiful wooden cladding is almost complete, and we can already feel how much warmth this building adds to the lively, yet industrial Lloyd Quarter.

But that's not all - SAWA will soon be filled with a wealth of nature! Plants will soon be added, and we can't wait to see how nature will seamlessly integrate into this biobased building.

We are enormously proud of this project, which combines sustainability, circularity and a progressive vision of urban development. SAWA is not just another building; it is a new way of shaping the future of our cities.
