Do you want to contribute to a better world and gain experience in sustainable project development? NICE Developers is looking for a junior wood building project developer who is ready to learn and collaborate on innovative, circular wood buildings and contribute to an inclusive and climate-resilient society.

NICE Developers is a pioneer in circular timber construction projects that contribute to biodiversity, inclusiveness and CO₂-reduction. We develop future-proof buildings and neighborhoods with a focus on affordable housing so that everyone can find a place in a healthy, green living environment. Known for projects such as the award-winning SAWA in Rotterdam, we lead the way in sustainable, social and innovative timber construction.

What will you do?

• Running alongside experienced project developers and gradually taking up small projects independently;
• Gain experience in the latest wood construction projects, from new construction to transformations;
• Collaborate with municipalities, corporations, investors, local residents, buyers and include their ideas in your plans;
• Assist with feasibility studies (design, financial and legal), planning and presentations;
• Assist with tours and host groups on tours of our projects.

Who are you?

• You have (almost) completed a WO-level education related to the built environment;
• You work in a structured way and have a good overview;
• You are curious, proactive and adventurous;
• You communicate easily and have a social drive;
• You want to make an impact for people, neighborhood and climate.
