We are NICE
NICE Developers is a socially driven project developer from Rotterdam. Known for SAWA , the first 50-meter-high circular wooden residential building, we demonstrate that large-scale timber construction, affordability, and biodiversity can go hand in hand.
Based on our five shared values — CO₂ reduction, circular construction, biodiversity, social inclusivity, and community — we develop projects that have a positive impact on people, the neighborhood, and the climate.
We are a scale-up with big ambitions: from adding extra floors in wood to new bio-based residential towers. We work closely with Mei architects and planners and Focus on Impact . Our projects are feasible, realizable, and visible in the city.
Who are we looking for?
For future projects, we would like to get in touch with a:
Project Developer (university level)
You:
- Have a completed university degree (preferably in real estate, urban planning, architecture, economics, or similar)
- Speaks and writes fluent Dutch
- Have experience or a strong affinity with area and project development
- You are financially astute and analytically strong
- Can switch between vision and feasibility
- Enjoys working from and with the neighborhood
- Believes that bio-based construction is the future
Experience is welcome — from a few years to senior — but motivation and social drive are at least as important to us.
