We are NICE

NICE Developers is a socially driven project developer from Rotterdam. Known for SAWA , the first 50-meter-high circular wooden residential building, we demonstrate that large-scale timber construction, affordability, and biodiversity can go hand in hand.

Based on our five shared values ​​— CO₂ reduction, circular construction, biodiversity, social inclusivity, and community — we develop projects that have a positive impact on people, the neighborhood, and the climate.

About the internship

As an intern at NICE Developers You will be a full member of the team. You will contribute to feasibility studies, site investigations, financial justifications, neighborhood participation, and project preparation.
You will learn how sustainable ambitions are translated into feasible projects — from initial sketch to construction.

Your profile:

• You are pursuing a university degree (for example, Architecture, Real Estate, Planning, Urban Design, Economics, or similar)
• You speak and write fluent Dutch
• You are analytically strong and accurate
• You are curious about biobased construction and circular development.
• You work independently, but are also a team player.
• You want to learn how real projects come to fruition.
