Ongoing projects for corporations

We prove in practice that the ambitions of NICE Developers fit well with the objective of housing corporations. We share the ambition to add accessible housing to the existing stock and we do this in a sustainable and responsible way. At various locations in Rotterdam and Eindhoven we are working on timber construction projects with a mixed program (social, care, medium rental and free sector). Of course we develop these projects all based on the NICE concept.
