Ongoing projects for housing corporations

We demonstrate in practice that NICE Developers ambitions are NICE Developers aligned with the objectives of housing associations. We share the ambition to add affordable housing to the existing stock, and we do so in a sustainable and responsible manner. At various locations in Rotterdam and Eindhoven, we are working on timber construction projects with a mixed program (social, care, mid-range rental, and private sector). Naturally, we are developing all these projects based on the NICE concept.
