What do we do with concrete?
the answer is NICE
We are nice
Welcome to NICE, where we provide the answer for a better world - healthy, sustainable, socially inclusive and resilient. How? By developing Paris Proof residential buildings, for example. Read more about the life mission of founders and developers Robert and Mark.
Nice to meet you
You - housing association, municipality, investor or resident - know things have to be different. As a person and as an organization, you want to take the first step toward improvement. Of the environment, of the climate, of the overall quality of life. But how!
Many questions you ask yourself, we also asked ourselves. How do you build a good and Paris Proof residential building? Can wood construction replace concrete construction? Is a wood building fireproof? Is it or is it not more expensive to construct and maintain? And does a wooden residential building live comfortably? We would like to give you the answers, tell you how we already realize this and how we can tackle this together. NICE to meet you!
