Returns with impact: investing in circular construction with NICE
NICE Developers offers investors the opportunity to add Paris Proof buildings to their portfolio and make returns. Just imagine: a certified (wood) building system, a feasible business case, market-based maintenance costs and great impact by contributing to a better climate. Investing 'in construction' has never been so rewarding!
Investing in the future
That circular construction and wood construction are not trends, but solid development and here to stay, read here. You as an investor are looking for a good balance between return and risk. With our certified NICE Concept we offer the certainty of proven technology and the contribution to a healthy future. We did it before, we do it now and we will continue to do it. This is our mission, this is where our expertise lies. For you as an investor, this means in a nutshell: the opportunity to contribute - quickly and safely - to reducing CO2 emissions by building in wood, making a social and urban impact ánd receiving a return for it. Even better: wood construction could be a better long-term investment than traditional (concrete) construction. You always invest for the future: investing is looking ahead. Look at future laws and regulations and you know enough: you want to invest in future-proof buildings, made for future generations.
NICE Impact: Paris Proof and higher added value
As a wood building developer, we have the necessary experience and work completely transparently. And we are able to take care of a complete development from A to Z. And that at a price competitive with traditional construction. The best part: as an investor, you add a valuable building to your real estate portfolio and you contribute to a better world. Together we are building the future!
