Ongoing projects commissioned by investors

Investing is looking ahead. Partly prompted by (inter)national laws and regulations, we see that investors no longer only look at financial returns, but also at the broader social impact of an area development and buildings. We are currently working with investors on several NICE projects. We are helping them to add buildings to their portfolios that contribute to a better world and provide returns. SAWA in Rotterdam, currently under construction, is a successful example of this. We are also working in Eindhoven on a wood building development as part of the Sectie C area development, and in Rotterdam on a feasibility study for a prominent location in the city.
