Focus Real Estate invests in 70 apartments in SAWA

On May 6th, the environmental permit for the acclaimed SAWA project was granted by the Municipality of Rotterdam. As no objections were filed, the legal transfer could take place in July. Focus Real Estate is the end investor for 70 residences (50 mid-segment rental units and 20 private sector rental units). The remaining 39 residences will be sold to private individuals. The project's realization will commence in early September, with an anticipated completion by the end of 2024.
