Ongoing projects commissioned by investors

Investing is about foresight. Driven in part by (inter)national laws and regulations, we observe that investors are no longer solely focused on financial returns, but also on the broader socio-economic impact of urban development and buildings. We are currently collaborating with investors on various NICE projects. In doing so, we help them add buildings to their portfolio that contribute to a better world and generate returns. SAWA in Rotterdam, currently under construction, is a successful example of this. Additionally, in Eindhoven, we are working on a timber construction development as part of the Sectie C area development, and in Rotterdam, we are conducting a feasibility study for a prominent city location.
