Focus Real Estate, ERA Contour, and Nice sign purchase and construction agreement for SAWA

Focus Real Estate, ERA Contour, and Nice Developers signed the purchase and construction agreement for the SAWA project in Rotterdam. Focus Real Estate will purchase 70 rental properties, including 50 mid-range rental properties and 20 private sector properties.

SAWA is the first circular wooden residential building over 50 meters high in the Netherlands, and also the healthiest. The groundbreaking design of SAWA places significant emphasis on biodiversity, sustainability, and spaces for encounters, shared living, and community. SAWA will comprise 39 owner-occupied homes, 50 mid-segment rental homes, 20 private sector rental homes, a catering establishment, and a community facility. Construction of SAWA on Rotterdam's Lloydpier will commence this spring.
