Focus Real Estate, ERA Contour and Nice sign purchase and construction agreement for SAWA

Focus Real Estate, ERA Contour and Nice Developers have signed the purchase and construction agreement for the SAWA project in Rotterdam. Focus Real Estate will take delivery of 70 rental homes, including 50 medium rental homes and 20 free sector homes.

SAWA is the first circular wooden residential building over 50 meters high in the Netherlands. And the healthiest. In the groundbreaking design of SAWA much attention is paid to biodiversity, sustainability and space for encounters, sharing and living together SAWA will house 39 owner-occupied apartments, 50 medium-tenant apartments, 20 free-sector rental apartments, a catering facility and a social facility. Construction of SAWA will start this spring on Rotterdam's Lloydpier.
