SAWA mock-up

This week we started the construction of the SAWA mock-up: a test setup of the wooden SAWA construction. With this mock-up, various measurements will be taken in the coming period to further optimize the technical elaboration of SAWA.
All connections and technical nodes that will soon be realized in the building will be tested here for assembly speed and feasibility, among other things. In addition, various measurements will be taken in the coming period with regard to airtightness and, for example, vibrations and noise.
What is the sound spectrum of a vibrating washing machine and what is the most optimal detailing to ensure that vibrations do not continue in the building?
This and more will be tested in the upcoming SAWA mock-up. The hull is now being built up next to SAWA's construction site and the mock-up will continue to be completed in the coming weeks.
The drawings of the mock-up were made by ERA Contour, and the mock-up will be realized by ERA Contour andDerixGroup.
